Today I’m so excited to finally release these bridal boudoir photos at Studio at Wharf Hill in Smithfield, VA! This editorial shoot was just featured on The White Wren yesterday so I figured today is a good day to release it. Many brides today are taking advantage of boudoir sessions for their partners (and even better, for themselves!) and I absolutely love seeing how people can open up and transform a bit in front of my eyes with boudoir. I’ll always have a special place for it. Sometimes just the act of simply doing a shoot like this — something you might not have EVER pictured yourself doing before — can give you a surge of confidence and reacquaint yourself with your femininity and sensuality.
With regard to this shoot, I just love the juxtaposition of the lavender from the wisteria against Raven (the model)’s stunning red hair. And the very crisp and clean all-white space feels so bridal AND editorial, don’t you think? I am so proud of this session and the work that the awesome vendors put into this shoot and want to thank every single person who contributed. Everyone really turned up the wow factor and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. And also a big thank you to Brent of The White Wren for this awesome feature! Be sure to grab a warm latte and delve into this gorgeous bridal boudoir editorial and let me know what you think!
