Monica and Dylan met in college in the dorms of UMW, so it only made sense to have their engagement session on campus where it all began. Distance has separated them lately as Dylan is currently residing in California for his PhD in Computer Science, so we knocked out their engagement session while he was here on the East Coast. These two have such a comfortable way about them and I enjoyed getting to know them better and documenting this exciting time in their lives! They brought little Pretzel and Pika along because these two sweet babies mean so much to them and Monica wanted them to take part in some way; if not at the actual wedding, let it be the engagement session (which of course I am always majorly excited about — bring ALLLL the dogs)! I am so pumped to be able to shoot their Bluemont Vineyards wedding next year – it’s going to be a stunner!
