I just love capturing love and candid moments of new babies being snuggled by mom and dad in the comfort of their home! Being welcomed into new parents’ most intimate moments as their new baby has just been welcomed into their lives is one of the greatest honors I can be given. Katie and Brandon reached out to me a couple of months ago asking if I would be willing to travel to them in Philadelphia to photograph some candid photos of them together at their new home with their new baby and I was so excited! I took the Amtrak train to Philly early one morning last week for their in-home family and newborn lifestyle session. It was so great getting to see them again after their wedding almost 2 1/2 years ago and meeting their beautiful baby girl Joanie was such a sweet experience. Brandon and Katie were only able to catch a few hours of sleep the night prior but they really pushed through as I photographed them together for a large part of the afternoon. Baby Joanie is so lucky to be born into such a loving family. I am so appreciative to all of my clients who have allowed me into this personal space of theirs to capture images for them that will last a lifetime! I hope you both enjoy this preview from your session!
