Fredericksburg VA Photographer | Model: Dri

I had the absolute pleasure of photographing a local model this past Saturday afternoon. It was a fairly last minute shoot but Dri and I had discussed the idea about trying to set up a session together for some time – we were just waiting to align our schedules. When we arrived on location and got started on our first session together, I quickly explained the vibe and the look I was hoping for and Dri knocked it out of the park. We actually shot this session at the most non-ideal hour for a photographer (high noon), when the sun was super high in the sky creating harsh lighting and extreme shadows. But thanks to my awesome husband Adam who was there to assist me with off camera flash, we were able to make it work. I am really excited with the end result and really hope you all enjoy this session as much as I do!

P.S. Don’t even get me started on her hair….I’ve got SERIOUS hair envy going on with this girl, and I know you all will too. 🙂
