Carla + her babies

On Saturday afternoon Adam and I went over to Richmond so that I could photograph Carla with her babies Owen and Lillian. And I’m so serious when I say this – Carla and Justin’s kids are some of the most well-behaved little ones I’ve ever been around! Lilly hardly made a peep all day and she was awake the entire time we were over there. And Owen was such a little gentlemen giving his baby sister and Mommy kisses and on a mission to pick every single dandelion in the yard to give to his Auntie, who was holding THE biggest handful of dandelions by the end of the afternoon. Owen is at such a cute age and Lillian is just so little and precious. And of course it was so nice watching Carla with her babies… you can really tell she’s a fantastic mother. The first time I met Carla I could tell she was genuinely a sweet person, but you can really see how much love and admiration she has for Owen and Lilly every time she looks at them. I love that.
