There are so many reasons to love these wintry Manassas National Battlefield engagement photos with Chelsea and Josh. These two are so fun-loving and easy to be around and their connection was palpable. It was evident in every laugh and every look they exchanged, and honestly, it was so effortless to document them together. We practically had the battlefield park to ourselves because it was freezing, but these two toughed it out and laughed the whole way through. These two have been engaged since June and I can’t wait to capture them again this fall at Brentsville Hall!

After swiping right on each other, and months of texting back and forth, we finally met! In Josh’s basement late at night of all places and times. The rest is history!
Chelsea: FINALLY I get the meet the guy I have been wanting to see for so long. I had the biggest crush on him for longest time, and finally it was happening!
Josh: This girl is ruthless. She knew what she wanted.
After a few years of not speaking and liking each other’s Instagram post, I (chelsea) DM’d him about a dog he had just adopted! It was all uphill from there.
Josh chose to do it at an annual family vacation at Lake Anna. Which holds a special place in the Judd family’s hearts. Josh chose to do it in front of his close friends and family on a sand volleyball court. Which is one of his favorite places in the world, especially now.
Chelsea: He always. ALWAYS, makes me laugh. Even in tough situations I can’t help but have a smile on my face. He’s also my biggest supporter in anything I do.
Josh: Her tenacity and willingness to help others over herself.
Chelsea: The moment I get to walk down the aisle and see him! And of course all the dancing!
Josh: Seeing her at the end of the aisle.
