It’s pretty amazing how I get the honor of photographing clients-turned-friends throughout varying stages of their lives; first their engagement, then their wedding day, then if they want to expand their family, I get to continue on with capturing other celebratory times, too. These summer Jefferson Patterson Park and Museum maternity photos were definitely the closest to a delivery/due date I’ve ever had (this was taken on a Thursday and she was set to go in that Sunday to deliver!), so I was really excited that we were able to squeeze in the session before baby girl made her appearance. Due to waiting on a COVID test result and the nonstop thunderstorms we’d been having, we had to move the date a couple of times, but we made it happen and even ended up with really gorgeous golden light for a few minutes!
These two are too cute for words and always bring a smile to my face. I can’t wait to meet their precious girl! Scroll on for more of a few of my favorites from this maternity session!
