Small and intimate at home weddings don’t happen for me very often, so when Romin of Zandi Entertainment first contacted me about their upcoming marriage ceremony set to happen in their living room, I jumped at the occasion to be their photographer. Being asked by a fellow wedding industry vendor was so flattering and I can’t thank them enough for thinking of me to capture this moment for them. (Side note: if you haven’t checked out the awesome DJs over at Zandi Entertainment, you absolutely should! They are on my preferred vendor list and I recommend them to anyone on the hunt for a DJ.)
I showed up to Sterling at Romin and Johanna’s private residence only to be welcomed by a great group of people. Romin and Johanna are two of the warmest people you’ll meet so it was no surprise to me to find their friends and family were the very same way. The couple chose to keep their guest count limited to just a handful of family and friends and are planning to have their big wedding next year! They were eager to get married and their ceremony at home was the perfect setting to their ceremony. There were many tears shed during one of the most moving vow ceremonies, especially when Romin said his vows to Johanna’s son Piero; it was one of the most touching moments I’ve seen.
I was only there for a short two hours, but it was enough to witness a lifetime of love and connectedness between these two. I’m grateful that our paths have crossed and I wish them nothing but the best for many more years to come! Congratulations you two!
