Yesterday evening I went over to snap a few photos of our new next door neighbor’s puppy Penny! She’s absolutely ADORABLE, so playful and such a sweetheart– really, who WOULDN’T want to photograph this little cutie?? It had rained before her session so the grass was a little damp, but that really didn’t stop Penny from wanting to play and roll around. We have a riding lawn mower that spits out chunks of grass because our lawn is getting more thick as we’ve lived here, and Penny really loves grabbing those chunks of grass in her mouth and chomping down on them. In fact, we had to pull several chunks out of her mouth because she was trying to chow down on ’em. 😉 Puppies are so incredibly playful and I enjoyed her little session SO much! I’ve been wanting to expand more into pet photography on top of everything else so this was a great chance for me. In fact, for any potential clients that want to have some portraits of your pets (not just dogs), for any session that you book with me, I will donate $25 from your session to an animal rescue/organization of your choice! Please contact me if you’d like to schedule a session. Enjoy some of my favorites!

Oh my goodness! I want a puppy right now! Such an incredible job in nailing focus on her sweet eyes.
How adorable! Love the photos from a low standing point. Wouldn’t it be lovely to take a puppy like this home? But I’m afraid that my three cat wouldn’t appreciate it!
sooo cute! I wish I’d taken a few more photos of my pup when he was young like this
